1. Who this covers
This Privacy Policy applies to agenticapples.farm and any apps, services, or subdomains operated under the Agentic Apples name (collectively, the "Services"). Agentic Apples is operated by Agentic Apples LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Identity & contact info: name, email address, profile picture, and similar details when you sign up, contact us, or join a mailing list. If you sign in with a third-party account (e.g., Google), we receive these from the provider.
- Account info: if you create an account, your username, password (hashed) or PIN, authentication tokens, and any profile info you choose to provide.
- Content: files, text, prompts, images, schedules, project data, or other data you submit to the Services.
- Payment info: if you pay for a Service, our payment processor handles the transaction. We don't store your full card number.
- Communications: messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type, operating system, approximate location (from IP), referring URL.
- Cookies and similar tech: see our Cookie Policy.
- Log data: IP address, error logs, system events for debugging and security.
3. How we use it
We use the information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Display your name and profile in collaborative features (timesheets, comments, project entries, and similar);
- Control access to projects, organizations, and resources you're authorized to view;
- Respond to support requests;
- Send service-related messages (e.g., security notices, billing notices);
- Send marketing messages if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime);
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Develop new features and Services.
4. AI processing
Many of our Services use third-party AI models (such as those from Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar providers) to generate responses, recommendations, or actions. When you submit content to an AI-powered Service:
- Your content is sent to the AI provider for processing;
- The provider's terms and privacy policies apply to that processing;
- We typically use providers that don't train their models on your inputs by default, but you should review the specific provider's policy;
- Don't submit highly sensitive information (e.g., government IDs, medical records, financial credentials) unless the specific Service explicitly supports it.
5. How we store data
Data is stored on commercial cloud infrastructure provided by reputable third parties. Depending on the Service, this may include Google Cloud (Firebase, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Sheets), Netlify, or similar providers. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and authentication tokens are stored as secure HTTP-only cookies in your browser when applicable.
6. How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Services (cloud hosting, authentication, AI providers, payment processors, analytics, email). They're bound by contracts to protect your data and use it only for our purposes.
- Other users within your organization or project, where the Service is collaborative — for example, your name on a timesheet or comment is visible to other users with appropriate access.
- Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers: if we're acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.
- With your consent for any other sharing.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your information for as long as you use the Services, plus any applicable warranty, project, or legal-retention period. After that, data may be retained in backups for a reasonable period before deletion, and we may retain anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 8).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Delete your data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Receive your data in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent (without affecting prior lawful processing);
- File a complaint with a data protection authority.

9. Children
The Services aren't directed at children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information — encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is completely secure, though, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
11. International users
We're based in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.
12. California residents
California law gives residents specific rights regarding personal information, including the right to know what categories of information we collect, the right to delete information, and the right to opt out of "sales" (we don't sell information). 13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, when reasonable, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
